A Trip to the Dentist

We were headed to White House for Lofton's birthday party so Reesi and I worked in a cleaning at our favorite dentist and friend, Jonathan. Reesi refused to go until I talked Grace into going and then Reesi agreed, but cried the whole way. I was convinced that she would not get her teeth cleaned, but I was wrong. She and Grace watched me first, but she still wasn't ready for her turn.

All I have to say is thank goodness for Brooke the dental hygienist. She took over and used this kangaroo to convince Reesi to get in the chair. Reesi brushed the kangaroo's teeth, she laid him back on the chair, and even got her own pair of gloves. By the time Brooke was done Reesi was laughing and smiling.

A thanks also goes out to Amy. Luckily, she had her camera because I forgot mine! Although their dental practice is a drive it is always worth it.
