Over the past three years I have taken pride in the fact that Reesi was tan line free. I don't quite understand why, but things are different this year. No matter how many times I reapply SPF 50 her skin keeps turning a darker shade. She hasn't ever had a burn, but she is definitely tanning. Why don't my legs tan like that?!
Totally off the topic, but Jenny and I looked at this picture and couldn't help but laugh at the height difference between Grace, Reesi and Lyla. I don't think Grace would look so extremely tall if it weren't for Reesi. It should be like a stair step, but Reesi is still a little squirt. Lyla, who is over a year younger and also small for her age is just as tall as Reesi. I think Reesi will be like Larry was as a kid: short and skinny and then shot up six inches in one year once the high school years come.

By the Way . . . now that I look at the post I realize that I may be overreacting. You can't really see the tan lines unless you maximize it. I promise they are worse in real life!

Such a funny picture. =)
that's pretty cute. I can see them. It was really hard this year at the beach to keep the kids from burning. I put sunscreen on them constantly - who knows, maybe Al Gore is onto something...
