She's Ready!

(I blurred out the school's initials for the blog.)

Reesi is officially ready for kindergarten. Jenny and I loaded up all the girls and headed to Opry Mills to do a little school shopping. I forgot my wrap so Elye Kate didn't get any good naps today and I paid for it later. The girls were good, especially considering the amount of time spent in the shoe store. This year the only shoes Reesi is allowed to wear to school are black Mary Janes or predominantly white tennis shoes. For me the shoe store was pretty easy: Mary Janes with bows or without? Reesi chose without. Grace: not so easy. When we left I convinced Jenny that we needed to cheat on our diet and get a Tagalong Blizzard. Our sister, Julie, had told us a couple weeks ago how amazing it was and I have been thinking about it every since. I couldn't wait, but they were out of Tagalongs. I took it as a sign-I do not need a blizzard. Later that afternoon I went to Reesi's school's consignment sale to get her uniforms. That night Reesi did a fashion show for us. It really got her pumped up for kindergarten and now she can't wait. I can't believe it is time. I just don't think she looks big enough to go to kindergarten yet!

She looks adorable, although, I do wish she was going to Hunters Bend with us.

She looks adorable. I can't believe she's starting school. So is your wrap like one of those slings? Do you like it? Where did you get it and what kind is it?
