Elye had a big Christmas program this year. Larry was out of town so my parents came and we went to Cool Springs to eat dinner. That was a big mistake. Traffic was horrific and we were actually 15 minutes late to the program! Everyone had already been on stage for 15 minutes! Luckily, Elye's class hadn't done any of their songs yet so it all worked out well. She was such the little singer and had been getting to move her clip up several days in a row at school for singing so loudly during practice. She also got a little bored when it wasn't her classes turn to sing. She was so proud of herself at the end. Then we went by Sunnyside lights after the program for some quick Christmas fun.
Reesi's program is a huge production with K-5 all on stage at the same time. This year we brought binoculars so we could actually see her singing. She did an awesome job, of course, smiling the whole time.
