Celia, a teacher I work with, has tons of animals that she does petting zoos with around the area. We were lucky enough to be invited to come out and see them all. I thought
Reesi would love it since she is going to be a
veterinarian. However, she was a little nervous about the proximity of the animals. Celia let them out of the cages and they were very up close and personal. Especially, with
Deneille. There was a certain alpaca that took a liking to her.
Reesi made me hold her the whole time and you can tell in the picture how high her legs were when she wrapped them around me.
Reesi assured me that she wasn't scared. It was just that her feet were hurting. Curiously, whenever we walked down to the creek where there weren't any animals she said her feet were feeling much better. She had a great time in the creek and loved her "adventure."
