This past week Jenny and I took the girls for a "tour" of Purity dairy. I always loved the field trips in elementary school when we toured factories so I was excited. However, when we arrived we were disappointed to find out that the tour we scheduled really isn't a tour. They stopped letting visitors into the plant after 9/11. This meant our tour consisted of watching them make ice cream sandwiches through the window, watching a video made in the 70's with Jim Varney, and ice cream. Even though it wasn't what we expected we did enjoy the ice cream!
After the "tour" we stopped by my sister Julie's work and brought her lunch. While there the girls giggled uncontrollably, climbed all over Julie, stole some of her bosses cornbread, and Reesi found a Glade plug-in scent that she has to have.

Jude would LOVE that trip! We had fun Friday night too - we will have to celebrate with you guys EVERY year!! Happy Anniversary - yesterday!
Where do you come up with your ideas for your summer play dates? I guess you are still a kindergarten teacher at heart.
