One of Reesi's field trips this year was at The Hermitage, Andrew Jackson's home. Luckily, I wasn't working that day so Elye and I went to check it out. Of course, she did her speech beautifully. She is now old enough that she isn't too worried whether I am there for the field trip or not. Elye was dying to take the horse ride so after spending a little time with Reesi we went on a carriage ride and learned all about his farm. It is beautiful there!
