She cut off quite a chunk this time!!Reesi has been known to cut her own hair, but I thought that she had grown out of that. I guess I was wrong. I am not sure what she was thinking because all she talks about is letting her hair grow out. After the cut she told me it was because she didn't want "vangs" and was trying to cut them off. She doesn't quite understand that you can't just cut your bangs off! And she didn't even have bangs to start with!!
